GRief

Grief is a natural personal response to loss and pain. The major stages of grief are shock, denial, bargaining, depression and acceptance, but not necessarily in this order.

​

There is no quick relief to grieving but to work through processing it through the various assistance offered such a seeing a grief counselor or therapist, taking classes, attending workshops or conferences and taking advantage of other sources.

We are here to help you through whatever stage of grief you are in through the services we offer.
